To increase the lifetime and availability of an automation system and at the same time avoid unwanted system breakdowns, consequent inspection and maintenance is required.
Inspection – On request, we will put your existing system through its paces and run a condition analysis. This also includes identifying possible causes of wear, defining necessary corrective actions and working out an action plan with you.
Maintenance – The lifespan of an automation system depends decisively on regular maintenance, which we strongly recommend. Our service experts will take care of cleaning, calibration and optimization of your system, small repairs, testing and adjustment work, including a maintenance report and warranty for the work performed. Both the conclusion of an annual maintenance contract and the billing of an upcoming maintenance on a cost basis are possible.
Repairs – Should it become apparent during inspection or maintenance that major repairs need to be made or wear parts need to be replaced, we will ensure that repairs are carried out at short notice in order to return the system to working condition as quickly as possible. Of course, this also includes abruptly occurring malfunctions that cannot be solved by remote support.
Considering the production data of your system, we can develop a maintenance concept for you that anticipates possible system impairments and enables early reactions. This creates operational reliability and saves costs.
