Our experience shows that it is only of benefit to our customers if we, as automation specialists, already consider the upstream injection molding process and are thus able to optimally support the complete manufacturing process. For this reason, we have brought our own expertise in-house in order to integrate the process engineering injection molding even more strongly into automation.
This offers producers of plastic parts many advantages: By taking a holistic view of the manufacturing process, all components can be put into operation as a perfectly aligned overall system. This increases efficiency, especially during product launches. The precise control and coordination of the injection molding process and the downstream automation also enables higher product quality and lower reject rates. In addition, we can relieve our customers of a great deal of organizational and coordination work, so that they receive an " all-inclusive carefree package" from us if required.
